Danish brand Rains brings a new interpretation of the traditional raincoat. The collection combines weatherproof rainwear (outerwear and accessories) with the typical Scandinavian aesthetic, resulting in clean cuts and refreshing details. Designed for the wet climes, the label consistently expands their strong range of both men’s and women’s rainwear.
By translating Rains' message to the Belgian market, Nightingale was able to inject and introduce a new trend of classic minimal raincoats as a fashion item. Raincoats are no longer solely functional, but true statement pieces completing every outfit.
Nightingale has been in charge of Rains' national press relations and communication strategy ever since their first encounter with the Belgian Market. We managed to link the story behind the brand to the revival of the raincoat, introducing this classic piece as a fashion item.
By sending out thematic shopping pages and press releases about interesting collabs we want to inspire press and stylists. We offer stylists the option to loan the collection from our showroom in order to boost visibility. We generate brand awareness by seeding the raincoats to press, bloggers and influencers.
