To present Smartmat in a different way, Nightingale organized Smartmat Bistro during four weekends in four different cities. Antwerp, Ghent, Brussels and Hasselt welcomed over 200 people to take place at Smartmat’s dinner table. For once, the meals were not to be prepared at home, but dinner was served with the finest and fresh products from Smartmat.
Combining an accessible bistro concept with gastronomical finesse, they know how to play with “bistronomy”. Anders Asarby, founder of Smartmat, wishes to incite people to relax, take time and spend quality time together while sharing a lovely and, above all, healthy meal.
