For their most recent collaboration, Samsonite decided to work with renowned fashion and lifestyle brand Diesel, introducing an exclusive limited edition line of statement luggage. Nightingale shot and produced the still imagery for the below the line campaign of the Samsonite x Diesel campaign throughout Europe.
The luggage collection consists of multiple suitcases and backpacks, all half see-through and half not, so customers can choose what’s public, choose what’s private. The collection starts from a full black and gradually fades into a transparanct design, with yellow details, mesh lining and a leather look. Not just paying attention to aesthetic, but also to practicalities, the luggage has an inside organization and integrated USB ports to stay connected.
For the European Diesel x Samsonite campaign, Nightingale produced the photoshoot and shot the below the line images. The concept was inspired by neon lightning and an urban context, translating the tough look into still imagery by telling a story of color, light and dark. The imagery will be used in several touchpoints throughout Europe.
