The full monty: a sublabel, cafe and new strategy by Nightingale


Belgian watch brand Rodania, part of Montebi Group, stands for quality, but struggled with an outdated image for a long time. Therefore Rodania came to Nightingale to reposition the established brand. 

To come up with a short-term plan to rejuvenate the brand’s image, Nightingale came up with the idea to launch a sub label targeting a younger audience called 'Manfred+Cracco'. 

Besides brand reposition, Nightingale also did the production for the brand's photoshoot and came up with the additional idea for the Slow Time Café, an extention of the brand in Antwerp. Additionally, we handled the brand's general media relations & progressive.
