Zoute Grand Prix is a wondrous international event with cars as the center of attention. This year, Mr. Blue was one of the event’s ‘Gold Partners’. Mr. Blue not only designed the clothes for the organization and gala, but was also very much present at the event thanks to three visually appealing stands – created by Nightingale.

Mr. Blue has a taste for the finer things in life. So naturally, it was a great match with Belgium’s famous Zoute Grand Prix: one of the world’s most prestigious old-timer events that takes place yearly in October in Knokke-Heist. Mr. Blue, known for its exquisite tailor-made suits, was asked to dress the judges, create the suits for the organization’s staff for the gala dinner and to design the typical red Zoute Grand Prix bodywarmers. HOLOCUBES

Visitors were able to buy Mr. Blue merchandising and come and get to know the brand at three stands in various locations at the event: Cwart, Golf and Prado. Nightingale came up with a highly innovative creative concept for these stands and was responsible for the event management and execution. It was nearly impossible to walk past the Mr. Blue stands, as visitors’ attention was immediately caught by a 3D-Holocube installation. The Holocubes, made by Holocube Official and graphically designed by Nightingale, projected life like moving images and thereby told the story of Mr. Blue in its finest digital form.

STAND OUT FROM THE REST

Being a supplier of high quality goods you want to stand out through the unique visuals of your product. Nowadays this becomes a challenge as consumers get overwhelmed by an endless series of stimuli – as was definitely the case at Zoute Grand Prix. With the Holocube-installations, Nightingale delivered a concept that offered Mr. Blue the extra attention that made it stand out from the rest. It created an appealing context that perfectly matched the needs and interest of the fashionable, aesthetically-sensitive visitors of Zoute Grand Prix.

SOCIAL CONTENT

Next to being in charge of the creative concept, story and execution of the Mr. Blue stands, Nightingale also made sure to spread the message to a wider audience that wasn’t present at the event itself. Thanks to targeted content, that was published on social media and blogs, a large audience was reached. In the end, it didn’t really matter if people saw the Mr. Blue stand in real life or on social media: thanks to the intriguing Holocube-installation, they came to associate Mr. Blue with innovation, taste and originality.
