Passoã is the original passion fruit liqueur made with real passion fruit from Brazil and no artificial flavors. Since the brand launched 30 years ago, Passoã distinguishes itself by the well-known mysterious black bottle. Now Passoã launched a new limited edition Sunset Bottle and asked Nightingale to create some buzz with media, influencers & consumers in Belgium and The Netherlands. We set up a seeding campaign, realized earned and paid media collaborations and organized two events for press and influencers.

Passoã Summer of Sunsets in Antwerp

First up was the Passoã Sunset Event at urban beach bar Bocadero in Antwerp. After walking through the Passoã rainbow, guests sipped Pornstar Martinis and Passoã Tonics, while discovering the new limited-edition bottle of this legendary drink. When the sun got traded in for the moon, we danced the night away with DJ La Nuyt and finished with one last Passoã cocktail.

Next up was Amsterdam, where we again translated this limited edition’s warm, sunny colors to an event that evokes the positive vibes of the sunset. We created a lasting impact with an impressive and original launch at Strand Zuid in Amsterdam. The location already had a tropical feel to it,  and adding eye-catching elements like the Passoã arch and bar brought it all together. 

Seeding boxes 

For the Passoã event we established a carefully targeted influencer seeding campaign and an original invitation to the event. A portable bar was sent out to a selection of our network, containing all ingredients to make Passoã’s most famous cocktail: the Pornstar Martini. We also added a sunset lamp to the box so you invitees were able to create their own sunset moment at home and get in the mood for the event.
