Amsterdam Affair: A Culinary Symphony at BAK Restaurant
In the heart of Amsterdam, we had the pleasure of orchestrating two unforgettable evenings. These exclusive events marked the grand reveal of the party collection, enveloping guests in an ambiance of sophistication and style.
The first evening took form as an intimate press dinner at the esteemed BAK restaurant. Our Nightingale touch adorned the tables with impeccable dressing, accompanied by flower arrangements that whispered elegance. Each guest was welcomed by personalized calligraphy-written name cards, setting the tone for a night of refinement. We curated the event production and styling, ensuring every element harmonized seamlessly. The press dinner emerged not merely as a fashion showcase but as a curated experience, where the details spoke the language of luxury.
In-Store Styling
The second evening unfolded within the walls of the COS store in Amsterdam, transforming it into a haven of style exploration. Collaborating with influencers Lara Oliveri and Anouk Yve, we embarked on a journey to assist 50 subscribed customers in styling their chosen pieces from the new collection. Our role encompassed the orchestration of the event setting, ensuring a blend of sophistication and warmth. From the carefully curated ambiance to the delightful drinks and bites, every facet of the in-store event reflected the essence of COS’s festive collection.
Antwerp Activation: Elevating the Shopping Experience
Two weeks later, the celebration crossed borders and landed in Antwerp, where a captivating 2-day in-store activation awaited COS enthusiasts. Our creative touch extended to the very foundations of the event – from concept creation to event production and styling.
Custom-designed booths, crafted with gradient tiles by Studio GDB, housed a coffee oasis and a DJ’s domain. Baristas skillfully served delectable coffee, while the refreshing notes of GIMBER tantalized the taste buds. The musical landscape was curated by the talents of DJ LaNuyt, DJ WLC, and Mona Lee, elevating the shopping experience to a sensory celebration.
In the tapestry of these evenings, COS’s festive collection found its place under the spotlight, and the guests became part of a narrative where style, celebration, and luxury converged seamlessly.
